I have always had a love for burger, fries, and shakes style places. As well as I have a lot of love for making clothing, so when I found out about Skinny Louie's, it was like finding the love of your life, but everyone’s already in love with her. With brilliant marketing and an eye-catching logo and branding, they have been making waves in Dade County to say the least. In only two-plus years, they have expanded to over nine locations, including branding outside of Miami to West Palm Beach as well as New York!
Founded by Gonzalo Rubino and Matias Palloni, they have quickly caught the love and attention of many Miami natives.
Alongside the amazing meal and dine-in experience, you can check out their merch store where you can pick up anything from a hoodie, T-shirt, tote bag, socks, and sticker! So that way, you can throw it on your MacBook and let people at the FIU library know you’re flyer than them.
